RETURN POLICY
You may return a product you ordered from Kabuk within 7 days of delivery. Used or damaged items cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@kabuk.co indicating which product you would like to return. Afterward, you may return the item to the address provided by us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused and undamaged.

It must be returned to the address provided by Kabuk in its original packaging, without any alterations.

Returns will not be accepted if the original packaging is damaged, if tape has been applied directly to the packaging, or if the product is otherwise tampered with.

If a damaged product is returned to Kabuk, it will be sent back to the customer, and any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
All accessories included with the product must also be returned undamaged. If any accessories are missing or damaged, the return will not be accepted.
Products that are non-returnable due to their nature cannot be returned.
